Executive producer at Halal in Amsterdam. Has spoken about Amsterdam-based directing talent being exported internationally at an unprecedented rate. Also candid about the challenge facing new directors: the sheer number of young directors, the cheapness and ease of making something, and the volume of demand for cheaply made content. Names Czar's Giancarlo Sánchez, Sophie Dros and Bear Damen as directors he admires, 'all my good competition is at Czar', while developing a comedy TV show with Sánchez himself.
