Started in the industry supporting Lilou Augier and Lisa Koski with production admin, where she observed the exploitative side of Japan's creative industry, talented creators denied opportunities because of their nationality, and long working hours. Now leads the company with a stated commitment to creators performing at their best regardless of background, in mentally and physically safe work environments. Works as producer and production manager on in-house and collaborative projects.
