Director / Editor / VFX Artist
Los Angeles, USA
Director, editor and VFX artist making, in his company’s words, “time-space bending music videos and branded content”, known for stylish visual inventiveness and for tailoring each Element of execution himself. Represented by Riff Raff Films in the UK and PRETTYBIRD in the US, and repped through hands. He came up the hard way and says so: he began as an editor and VFX artist, assistant-editing documentary projects and taking odd jobs to make ends meet while making music videos with the people around him. On growing up somewhere without an industry: “there wasn’t a real scene to join, so we had to make our own… it taught me how to adapt and make something out of whatever was available.” the turning point, in his own account: the run of early $not videos made with Jake Markow, which led to Moosa Tiffith, then president of top Dawg entertainment, who “trusted me with a lot of videos while I was still figuring out exactly who I was as a director”. Named in forbes 30 under 30: music (2023) as a director at Riff Raff Films, described as a music photographer, video producer and director Celebrating Black Culture, having told visual stories of NAS, Doechii, Young Thug, Kanye West, wizkid, Lil Uzi Vert and Dapper Dan, and vma-nominated for Pusha t’s “Diet Coke”.
